1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 711bey ("711bey," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 711bey online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, betting services, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 711bey Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

711bey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 711bey will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 711bey Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 711bey, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or have had a 711bey account terminated for cause.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

711bey employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a user is found to be under 21 years of age, 711bey will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and return any remaining balance after deducting any bonuses received, in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 711bey services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 711bey account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 711bey reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 711bey login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 711bey will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 711bey of a security breach in a timely manner.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

711bey is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 711bey may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

711bey accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, CliQQ, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 711bey does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 711bey account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 711bey does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 711bey accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. 711bey reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

711bey is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine AML regulations. 711bey reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

711bey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 711bey reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• 711bey reserves the right to void bonus winnings and confiscate funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 711bey Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by 711bey's systems shall be the definitive reference, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and other events, are offered subject to the availability of the relevant event and the applicable betting rules for that sport. 711bey reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with industry-standard rules where events are postponed, abandoned, or affected by circumstances beyond 711bey's control.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, bingo, European Blackjack, and Pappu, use certified random number generators or real physical equipment, as applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within the Platform. 711bey does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 711bey reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. 711bey accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 711bey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one 711bey account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 711bey staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

711bey is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 711bey account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform . Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 711bey Platform, including but not limited to the 711bey name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 711bey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 711bey.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 711bey trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 711bey's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 711bey's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 711bey account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

711bey shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 711bey's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 711bey's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your 711bey account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending wagers) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by 711bey

711bey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, 711bey reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 711bey may forfeit all or part of your balance in accordance with applicable regulations. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms shall survive termination.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account balance, or any other matter, you should first contact 711bey's customer support team via live chat or email. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. By using the 711bey Platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
